Father, nothing about today is going to be memorable and that is fine. Be in the commute and the inbox and the meal that gets made again. Keep me present rather than waiting for the interesting part of my life to begin. Let me do small things carefully. Most of a life is made of days like this one, and I would rather not sleep through them. Amen.
