Father, I am not good at waiting and You already know that. Slow the part of me that wants to force an outcome before it is ready. Teach me the difference between action and anxiety dressed up as action. Where I am tempted to take control, remind me who has actually been holding this the whole time. Make me patient with people too, not only with circumstances. Amen.
