Lord, I spend more energy managing this relationship than doing the work itself. Keep my heart from souring into contempt while I am still required to be in the room. Give me honest speech and steady work that does not depend on being noticed. Bless them, which I do not feel like praying. Show me what is actually mine to change. Amen.
