Father, I have become the one everybody leans on and nobody checks. You fed Elijah before You corrected him, so You know that tiredness is not a character flaw. Send me real help with real hands, and give me the nerve to ask somebody specifically. Keep me tender toward the person I am caring for on the days I have nothing left. Amen.
