Lord, I am about to walk into a room full of people I may or may not know well. Keep me from performing. Let me come to receive rather than to be seen receiving. Give me eyes for whoever walked in carrying something heavy this morning, and the courage to say one real sentence to them. Let me leave more like You than I arrived. Amen.
